Cindy and Dave Crowley, owners of Ricky’s All Day Grill (located at 898 Monaghan Rd.), realize the need to stand out in such a dog-eat-dog day and age. Having been owners of Ricky’s since it opened in 2007, the Crowleys brought a type of restaurant to their hometown that they felt was missing.

Although it is actually a national chain, having been created originally in 1962, Ricky’s is fairly new to the province of Ontario, and the Crowleys have been given flexibility in creating the atmosphere and menu they know their loyal customers love—and that new customers are always pleasantly surprised by!

Ricky’s is a full 3 meal restaurant, offering an all-day breakfast menu, along with specific lunch and dinner menus.

At breakfast, it’s suggested you try their Eggs Benedict, Ricky’s Proprietary Pancakes, and/or their Signature Brekkie Bowls. For lunch, fresh soups, Prime Rib Sandwich, and their Double Feature & Triple Feature options (available Monday to Friday lunch only) take the forefront.

To finish it all off, dinner features such options as homemade lasagna, liver and onions (word is they have the best in town), steak and ribs, turkey dinner, and prime rib on weekends! Also, Ricky's $4 daily drink specials are fantastic—with their Mimosa Mondays, Domestic Beer Tuesdays, Wine Wednesdays, Craft Beer Thursdays, Long Island Fridays and Social Saturdays. Not to mention their Super Sundays—where you get to pick any of the daily drink specials!

Cindy, Dave and their staff use local suppliers and ingredients wherever possible with many of the restaurant’s signature dishes prepared from scratch in an open concept kitchen viewable to the well laid out and comfortable dining room.

Connected to the dining room is a popular private room with audio-visual capability that has space for up to 36 people. Dave and Cindy are life-long residents of Peterborough and have seen their entire family grow up in our city.
