Missing Havelock Teen Logan Tozer Found Safe After Being Missing For Over Two Weeks

After being missing since Oct. 13, the long search is over as Havelock teen Logan Tozer has been found Wednesday morning according to the Peterborough County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP).

OPP officers found the 18-year-old in an abandoned building in Havelock at roughly 8:45 a.m. on Wednesday morning, according to a media release.

The teen was known to have high-functioning autism. The building where he was found was a regular ‘hideout’ spot and had previously been searched regularly.

Tozer was immediately transported to a nearby hospital as a precaution.

The OPP Central Region Crime Unit is continuing the investigation with assistance from Peterborough County OPP, OPP Emergency Response Team, OPP Canine Unit members and OPP Aviation Services.

The Norwood teen was last seen by his family on Monday at about noon in downtown Peterborough. His family and police are concerned for his safety.

He is described as:

  • 5'5"

  • 140 lbs.

  • Shoulder length dark curly hair

  • Wearing a light grey and camo hoodie, black faded jeans and white and grey Nike AirForce 1 sneakers

His family has advised that he may have a knife.

The Peterborough Police Service is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 15-year-old Neveah Wallwork who was reported missing on Saturday.

Wallwork was last seen leaving her residence on Monday in the Crawford Drive area.

She is described as:

  • 5’8'

  • Slender

  • Long blonde hair

  • Fake eyelashes

  • Nose pierced on right side

 Last seen wearing:

  • Possibly wearing green Air Jordan shoes

Missing 14-Year-Old Girl Since Thursday Has Been Found

The Peterborough Police Service is thanking the public’s assistance in locating 14-year-old Peterborough girl, Arynn Chatten.

Chatten has been safely located according to Peterborough Police.

She was missing since Thursday and friends last saw her in the Monaghan Road and Lansdowne Street area.

Friends last saw Chatten on Thursday in the Monaghan Road and Lansdowne Street area. Family and officers have checked and spoken to friends and family but are becoming concerned because Chatten has not checked in as she usually does. 

Arynn is described as female, 5'5, medium build, dark hair, sometimes wears glasses (but not always). She was last seen wearing black and grey patches jacket, light jeans, green running shoes.

Peterborough Police Searching For 12-Year-Old Missing Girl From Wednesday Night

The Peterborough Police Service is looking for a 12-year-old Peterborough girl, Sadie, who has been missing since Wednesday night. 

The family last saw her in the Kawartha Heights Boulevard and Lansdowne Street area between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m. 

Sadie was last wearing a long, black winter jacket, black pants, black and white running shoes and a black backpack. 

She is described as 5’3” with blue eyes, shoulder-length dark brown hair and a very thin build.

Family and police are concerned for her safety.

The Peterborough Police Service has declared 14-year-old Preston Howard missing since Monday morning and is asking for the public’s assistance in locating him.

He was last seen in the area of Bensfort Road and Collison Avenue in the early morning hours on Monday.

Howard is described as:

  • 14 years of age

  • Caucasian male

  • Thin build

  • Medium-length brown hair

  • Scratches on his face

  • Wearing a black puffy Columbia coat and black and white high-top shoes

Peterborough Police Seeking Two Missing Teen Girls

UPDATE: The girls have been located.

The Peterborough Police Service is asking for the public’s assistance in locating two 14-year-old girls, Ireland MacLean and Chloe Drummond, reported missing Thursday afternoon.

They were first reported missing around 4:30 p.m. Since then, officers have been checking known locations, with information leading police to believe they went to Toronto last night. 

The Peterborough Police Service has since been working with the Toronto Police Service to locate the girls. Family and police are concerned for their safety.

The girls were last seen on a security camera in Peterborough at 11:35 a.m. in the Erskine Avenue and Barnes Crescent area.

The girls are described as:

Ireland MacLean

  • 5’4

  • Approx 130lbs

  • Shoulder length dark hair

  • Wearing black puffy coat, black/gray camouflage track pants, beige Sorrel boots, light gray shirt with pink skulls

Chloe Drummond

  • 5’6

  • Thin build

  • Shoulder length black hair

  • No description of clothing available

She has been located safe.

The Peterborough Police Service is asking for the public’s assistance in locating missing 76-year-old woman Norma Nicholls as reported on Friday afternoon.

Nicholls has been missing since 9:30 a.m. Friday from her home in the Royal Drive and Olympus Avenue area. She has dementia and was last seen wearing a red coat, cloth material, running shoes and no hat or mitts.

She is described as:

  • White female 

  • 5'6" 

  • Short white hair with glasses

The Peterborough Police Service is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing Peterborough man, 50-year-old Philip Tate.

Police and family are concerned his well-being. Tate was last seen on Wednesday evening, leaving his residence in the Gilchrist Street and Parkhill Road West area at roughly 8:45 p.m. 

Tate is described as:

  • Male/ white

  • Bald

  • 5’11’’

  • Green eyes

  • Facial hair

He was last seen wearing:

  • Black or blue puffy coat

  • Black or grey toque

  • Sweatpants

  • Keen sandals
