PTBOCanada Featured Post: Give Recognition With Miskin Law Community Complex Arena "Have a Seat" Nameplate Donation

Let’s take a seat together, Peterborough!

With the Miskin Miskin Law Community Complex opening on Jan. 15, here is your chance to recognize a person, business, group or organization in a long-lasting, impactful and unique way with the ‘Have a Seat’ nameplate donation.

Every seat donation will be recognized with a printed nameplate installed on the front of one of the fixed arena seats. Every bench donation will be recognized with a printed nameplate at either end of a fixed bench in the arena.

Your donation will support community sports organizations and facility user groups in fundraising and contribute to Peterborough’s newest twin pad arena and library complex.

The proceeds will support the costs of the furniture, fixtures and equipment for the new complex, which includes spectator seating and viewing areas.

There are 500 fixed seats and 20 fixed benches to be installed as spectator seating in the two ice pads at the new Miskin Law Community Complex.

Each pad will have 250 seats and 10 spectator benches. Each seat donation is $250 and each bench donation is $1,000. Donations can be made for both a bench and/or seat.

A donated seat or bench could also make a fun holiday gift for the sports fan in your life!

A charitable tax receipt for your full donation amount will be issued by the City of Peterborough and emailed to the donor upon payment and completion of the donation form.
