For thousands of years, the Inukshuk has stood as a symbol of the Inuit culture. They’ve become engrained in Canadian society and have been used as a simple compass to indicate to those who see it that someone has been down that path before.
Simply put, the Inukshuk lets people know that they’re going in the right direction. The Inukshuk as a structure symbolizes strength within its makeup. Each stone plays an equal and important role in fitting within the structure to stand strong as a unit. No single stone is greater than another. Together, they all play significant roles from top to bottom.
Stoneguide Realty Ltd., located at 343 Stewart Street, operates with the philosophy of the Inukshuk at its core. Visit the office and you’ll see that there are Inukshuks everywhere (see photo above, for example), and the brokerage’s logo is—you guessed it —an Inukshuk.
