Here Are Pictures Of A Man Who Tried To Rob Two Stores & A Person Early Today With A Handgun
/[UPDATE: October 17th -- One October 16th, Darrell Kenneth Timothy Snyder, 25, of no fixed address, was arrested in Kingston on three counts of robbery and escorted back to Peterborough and held in custody. He will appear in court later this morning.]

Police are still looking for the man who wanted to rob two stores and a person last Friday. Here is a new image they released today taken from the Mac's Milk robbery attempt (scroll down to read the original release from last week):

From a Peterborough Lakefield Community Police Service Media Release today...
The Peterborough Lakefield Community Police are currently investigating three separate, but linked, robberies which occurred between 4:30 am and 4:45 am on August 19th, 2011.
At approximately 4:30 am the male suspect entered the Mac's Milk Convenience Store on King St brandishing a handgun, the male pointed the handgun at the clerk but did not make any demands. The male fled the store empty-handed and was last seen southbound on Bethune St.
At approximately 4:38 am the same suspect entered the Tim Horton's at Park St and Albert St. He attempted to get staffs attention but they had observed the handgun and stayed out of eyesight of the male. Again the male left empty-handed. He was observed leaving the Tim Horton's lot on a bicycle.
At approximately 4:43 am the same suspect confronted a pedestrian at Lafayette Ave and Albert St. The male pointed the handgun at the victim and made a demand for his property. The victim did not comply and the suspect left on his bicycle westbound on Chamberlain St from Lafayette Ave.
The suspect is described as follows:
• Male
• White
• 18-20 years
• Thin build
• White shirt with an alien/skull type logo in the centre
• Black baseball hat with a white emblem, possible "Element" brand logo
• White board shorts with coloured areas
• Black skater style shoes
• Red bandana covering his face
• White ankle socks
• Long silver necklace
The bicycle is described as:
· Full size bicycle
· Approximately 26"
· 18 Speed
· Dark coloured
There was no theft in any of the incidents and no injuries caused to any of the victims.
